Return & Refund Policy

At Bloody Brilliant, we take pride in the quality of our products. Given the nature of our range — wound care, first aid, and hygiene products — we follow a strict but fair return and refund policy to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all our customers.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following circumstances only:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or not as described
  • You received the wrong product or quantity
  • The product was delivered past its expiry date

2. Return Window

All return requests must be raised within 7 days of the date of delivery. Requests raised after this period will not be eligible for return or refund, except in exceptional circumstances at our sole discretion.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@bloodybrilliantcare.com with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photographs of the product and packaging (mandatory for damage/defect claims)

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed as follows:

  • Online payments (UPI, net banking, credit/debit card): Refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 business days
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: Refunded via bank transfer or UPI within 7–10 business days (bank details will be collected by our team)

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please follow the return process above and place a fresh order separately.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products that have been opened or used
  • Items purchased during sales, promotional campaigns, or at discounted rates (unless defective)
  • Gift cards or vouchers
  • Products returned without prior authorisation from our team
